Exhibitor Fee Provides:

  • Acknowledgment of support in course syllabus
  • Acknowledgment of support and logo display throughout meeting
  • Introduction & dedicated time during meeting (5 minutes allocated for pre-recorded video/audio, live video/audio or ppt presentation)

A copy of the final meeting program will be emailed to all confirmed exhibitors approximately 2 weeks prior to each meeting date. If an agenda draft is required in advance to confirm participation, please email the COS office and we will provide as much information as possible to meet the required documentation of your organization.

Exhibitor Fee: $2,450.00 per meeting or $9,800.00 for all 4 meetings. If you would like to be an exhibitor for multiple meetings per year, please submit one Exhibitor Agreement form listing the meetings you would like to participate in and one payment for the full amount applicable to the number of meetings selected. We kindly request all exhibitor fee payments be submitted via our website or by phone. If submitting a check is required, please contact the COS office via email for further instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: All exhibitors are reserved on a first come first serve basis, with a 4- exhibitor- per -meeting maximum. The Exhibitor Fee is not required to be received in conjunction with the exhibitor agreement form to confirm participation, however payment must be received no later than 30 days after the applicable meeting date.
